Refund Policy

Esscents By Jhai (referred to as "Esscents By Jhai" "EBJ" "we" "our" or "us" in this policy), provides a strict non-negotiable return/refund policy. All refund/return request must have been discussed with Customer Service, at [email protected].


EBJ MAY ACCEPT returns under the following conditions:

  • Customer Service was contacted and initiated return process
  • Product unused/unopened in the original packaging. 
  • Wrong product sent by EBJ (We will not process returns if you choose a scent and meant to choose another one)
  • A copy of the receipt with the order number provided. 

We WILL OFFER A REFUND under the following conditions:

  • Product was defective (Provide photos and video of product defectiveness or missing components)
  • Product did not arrive from carrier (We also check shipment and tracking numbers)

We WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS under the following conditions:

  • Wrong shipping address received (Please ensure your address is correct, we do not make changes after orders have been placed)
  • Orders that have been delivered after 14 days including weekends (I.E. Order delivered on 02 June, you have until 16 June to contact Customer Service, regardless of pickup date)
  • Shipping provider lost package (Please file a claim with carrier and provide us with a copy of the claim, to include claim number with dates and we will send a replacement)

If your product ever arrives damage, please let us know by contacting Customer Service at [email protected]. Damage claims will be processed on a case by case basis and claims must be made within 14 days of package being delivered (I.E. Order delivered on 26 June, you have until 10 July to make claim)
