All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days (only on open days, please refer to availability for specified days and hours) unless otherwise noted. When experiencing a higher-than-normal processing time, you (the customer/recipient) will be notified by email. Please keep in mind that due to curing times, scented candles can take up to 14 business days to ship. Please refer to our Processing Times & Policies here
Our team does not change shipping addresses. Please ensure that the correct address is utilized BEFORE confirming order. If the wrong shipping address is utilized, we WILL NOT re-direct/refund the package. Please refer to our Refund/Return Policy here.
All orders for the continental USA will be shipped through UPS. International orders will be shipped through DHL. A tracking number will be provided with orders.
At this moment, we do not offer 2-Day, Next Day or rush shipping.
Yes, pickup is only available for San Antonion, TX.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept check, cash, cryptocurrency, CashApp, Klarna or Affirm.

Yes, all information pertaining to promotions and discount codes will have an expiration date. No promotion or discount code that has expired can be applied to an out-of-stock product in the future. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers, unless specified.
